    Another wananga done and dusted in the awsome north. The people were awsome, chef joe was on form and I got to try possum in the hangi. Yum. Back to welly for a quick rest and cuddle with my daughter then back up to te uri o hina for our last Kai...
    Another wananga done and dusted in the awsome north. The people were awsome, chef joe was on form and I got to try possum in the hangi. Yum. Back to welly for a quick rest and cuddle with my daughter then back up to te uri o hina for our last Kai wananga on the 12 13 &14 of april.

    We found this young wahine (16) running around the marae, through a jacket on her and gave her a name (baby chef). She worked with us all weekend and hopefully will look to train ....yay another maori chef in the making
